Consistent performance, good value

This was my third purchase from Rich Solar, this time for a 3000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter. I've bought panels and a charge controller from them before. Their products are consistently reliable; the inverter performs just as well as the previous items. It arrived quickly, within 5 days, which is pretty standard for them. Installation was easy enough, even though the manual could use clearer diagrams. I keep coming back because I know what to expect in terms of quality and shipping. They haven't let me down yet.

Good value for a solar kit

I was looking for an off-grid solar setup and found the 400 Watt Solar Kit. I compared prices with a few other brands, and RICH SOLAR had a really competitive price point, especially with the first-time buyer discount I found. The kit included everything I needed to get started. It felt like a solid investment for the money. Everything arrived well-packaged, and the components seem high quality. Happy with the overall value.

Good quality, minor shipping hiccup

I ordered the 12V 200Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery for my RV project. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, easy to navigate and find what I needed. It shipped out faster than I expected, but then got stuck in a shipping hub for an extra two days, so delivery took 6 days to reach me in Arizona. When it arrived, the packaging was solid, no damage to the battery at all. I installed it over the weekend and it's been performing great, holding its charge well. I did have a question about the charge cycles and used their online chat support; the representative was helpful, though it took a few minutes to connect with someone. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's quality and the support, just wished the shipping was a bit smoother once it left their facility.

Solid components, slight delay

I bought the 200 Watt Monocrystalline Solar Panel and a 40A MPPT Charge Controller for a cabin setup. The panel feels robust and the charge controller integrated well with my existing system. Everything arrived well-packaged and undamaged. The delivery took a day longer than the initial estimate, which wasn't a huge deal but worth noting if you're on a tight schedule. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, good quality products for the price, just be aware that delivery times might fluctuate a little.

Great value on a kit

I was looking for an Off-Grid Solar Kit and Rich Solar's 800 Watt Solar Kit caught my eye. The price was really competitive, especially with the bundle savings they had going on. I compared it to a few other brands and for what you get, this was the best deal. The shipping was free, which definitely helped with the overall cost. Everything arrived together in good condition. The only thing was I wish they had a more detailed setup guide for someone completely new to solar. But for the price I paid, I feel like I got a really good value.

Solid battery, shipping could improve

I bought the 12V 100Ah Lithium LiFePO4 Battery after doing a lot of research. The battery itself is great, performs as advertised, and was relatively easy to integrate into my system. The packaging was robust, and the product quality seems high. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I anticipated. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days, but it took closer to 8, which was a minor inconvenience since I was on a tight schedule for my project. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, though. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's performance and value, but the delivery timeline could be more consistent.

Panel arrived fine

Ordered the 200 Watt Monocrystalline Solar Panel. It came in 4 days. Panel works. Packaging was good. No issues with the product. Just wished tracking updates were more frequent.

Inverter works well

Got the 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter. It hooked up easily. Powers my appliances without issue. Quick delivery.
